But what happens when new information arises mid-trial? Adaptability is crucial. By leveraging unexpected details, I can pivot my approach to expose weaknesses in the prosecution’s case. Cross-examination is not just about challenging a witness; it’s about telling a compelling story that aligns with the defense's theory.
